تعتمد الدولة الجزائرية على الجباية العادية كمصدر للإيرادات بعد الجباية البترولية لتمويل نفقاتها المتزايدة ، وفي ظل تهاوي أسعار البترول وتزايد احتياجات المواطنين دفع بالدولة الجزائرية إلى تطبيق إصلاحات على المنظومة الجبائية وعصرنتها من خلال توسيع الوعاء الضريبي وإعادة هيكلة الإدارة الجبائية للوصول للأهداف المسطرة . نستعرض في هذه الورقة أهم أشكال الإصلاحات الضريبية وأثر ذلك على الجباية العادية في الجزائر The Algerian state relies on regular taxation as a source of revenues after the oil tax to finance its increasing expenses .In the light of the falling oil prices and the increasing needs of citizens, the Algerian state has pushed for reforms to the tax system and modernized it by expanding the tax base and restructuring the tax administration to reach the established objectives.
